CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS

A deposit is necessary to secure your guide. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is submitted. Your remaining balance is due on the day of the trip, payable directly to your guide by cash, check or credit card (Note: Check with your guide for preferred payment method. Not all guides accept credit cards).

 

Deposits should be submitted by credit card. Please call our booking coordinator at (888) 453-5899 to arrange payment.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express are accepted.

TRIP CANCELLATION BY STEELHEAD ALLEY OUTFITTERS

Steelhead Alley Outfitters may elect to cancel or reschedule any trip due to adverse weather or fishing conditions. Should we elect to cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to another date of your choosing. Deposits will not be refunded.

TRIP CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS

In the event you need to cancel your trip prior to 30 days in advance or your trip, your deposit will be held on file and applied to another date of your choosing.

 

If the cancellation is 30 days or less from the date or your trip, your deposit will be forfeited and a $125 per day cancellation fee assessed.

 

We will do all we can to rebook the guide and if we are successful, no cancellation fee will be charged.
