CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates. Deposits should be submitted by credit card (processing fees apply) or via Zelle (bank to bank to avoid processing fees).
Your remaining balance is due the week of your trip. Please note that all reservations require a credit card on file to secure the reservation. Please call our booking coordinator at (888) 453-5899 to arrange payment or for any booking questions.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express are accepted.
TRIP CANCELLATION BY STEELHEAD ALLEY OUTFITTERS
Steelhead Alley Outfitters may elect to cancel or reschedule any trip due to adverse weather or fishing conditions. Should we elect to cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to another date of your choosing. Deposits WILL NOT be refunded.
TRIP CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS
In the event you need to cancel 30+ days in advance of your trip, your deposit will be applied to another date of your choosing.
If the cancellation is 30 days or less from the date of your trip, your deposit will be forfeited, and your guide will be paid a cancellation fee.
Thank you for understanding our need to protect the livelihoods of our guides.
Please know we will do all we can to rebook the guide and if successful, your deposit will remain on file (minus a $30 cancellation/change fee).

Please note that by making a payment for any trip, you are legally stating that you agree with the terms set forth here and in the pre-trip information sent to you prior to booking.
Also, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or broken equipment while on a guide trip with one of our guides. Use of equipment is included on guided trips, so if you bring your own gear, it is at your own risk.
